This is Dr. Kurt Sprenger's sixth year as music director of the Fort Worth Civic Orchestra. In conjunction with the FWCO's move to the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Dr. Sprenger has been named Adjunct Professor at the seminary.  He also serves as a conductor in Italy's National Conservatory and as visiting conductor for orchestras in the US. He currently serves as principal violin for the Dallas Chamber Orchestra, the Brazos Chamber Orchestra and is active as a studio violinist in the Metroplex. He has held faculty positions at many major universities in Texas, Wisconsin, and California and continues to be active as an educator working with All-Region and All-State orchestras throughout the country.
